"Decent, clean rooms in a quiet neighborhood but still super convenient for access to the beaches and A Bang area where there’s more options for bars, restaurants, and ATM. Quick 10mins car/scooter ride to the Old Quarters for shopping. Only minor issue I had was trying to arrange for a car shuttle to pick me up from the airport but they never replied to me after providing the pricing and even though I followed up with them twice closer to my booking date. Not sure if they actively check on...

"Smooth check-in, they let me check in early as I arrived on a morning bus from Ninh Binh. Clean room, comfortable bed and good location, walking distance to restaurants and shops. "

"The hotel was simply amazing - wonderful decor, generous space in rooms, beautiful garden and small places troughout the hotel to sit in open and relax - it really has a boutique hotel look and feel. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Beach is 2-3 minutes walk away and free bicycles are also available. Pool is big, a little unusually located behind the reception and not in the sun, but we enjoyed it. We would choose Vanessa Boutique hotel again without hesitation."

"Very nice property for a good price. There are some sign of wear in the room but it is very nice and comfortable and well located; only a few minutes from the beach. The girl at the front desk, Yen, is the sweetest and friendliest! She was always ready to help and give suggestions! The only minor thing is the lock on the balcony can be opened from the outside and it connects to other guests' balcony so technically anyone could get in. I only noticed on my last night staying there but as a female...

"The entire house is very well kept. The pool is beautiful and there are a couple seating areas. The host is incredible! She cleans daily and she is the most kind. I loved my stay so much I plan to come back next month."

"I was really made feel at home here. Little details like a hot ginger tea as I had a bad cold. Unfortunately the March weather was cool and very rainy so only could enjoy the pool (very nice ) once . One minute walk to the beach , green , quiet and secluded. Loved it."

"Clean and comfy, I had a nice sized room over looking the river. Situated between the beach and the river, it was only a 5 minute walk to the beach! Quiet area, not a lot of shops or restaurants in this area but easy to take Grab to the busier places. Friendly staff, good breakfast cooked to order every morning. Overall had a lovely stay! "

"The room itself was pretty basic, but the bed was comfortable and the balcony view straight across to the beachfront was awesome. In fact, the hotel's proximity to the beach and all the local amenities was its biggest plus... great location! The swimming pool out in front of the hotel is a bit small and the surrounding seating area isn't kept very clean by staff or by inconsiderate guests who have no problem leaving behind their garbage and over-flowing ashtrays. "We had a lovely family holiday staying at Vina Beach Villas. Tram, and her staff, in particular Lei, were amazing & couldn’t do enough for us. We really enjoyed the accomodation as it was quaint, charming quiet & not big (6 villas in total). Breakfasts were great too! Very helpful in organising day tours for us. Will definitely go back to Vina Beach Villas again. "

"This resort is in a quiet area outside of the main hub of Hoi A but only 15 minutes from old town by car. The grounds are beautifully maintained. We had a villa with a private pool and it was beautiful! The private beach was gorgeous and there were only a few other guests on the beach. The breakfast had lots of options. The staff were all SO kind and incredibly helpful. We would definitely stay here again."
