Rooms are very clean and spacious, air-conditioning, wifi and water pressure work great. It was lovely to stay in a quality space without being in a hotel where it feels impersonal and sterile.
The owners Tung and Ming are absolutely wonderful - they're happy to help with anything you need and to answer any questions you might have.
The street the property is located on is quiet and feels very coastal with a gorgeous colourful and leafy outlook. Felt safe the entire time!...

"I stayed here for three nights in a Royal King room. The room was clean, spacious for one person and had a balcony.
The staff were kind, had great recommendations for restaurants in the area and and greeted me with a smile.
I enjoyed that the hotel was located away from the busy accent town, but was easily walkable.
The rooftop bar/pool was a great way to start or end the day. The bartenders are great mixologists and you must take advantage of their happy hour.

"- The hotel is new, clean with a good condition.
- The staffs are very nice and helpful. However, my room had problem with the air condition at night and I tied to call reception many times (more than10 times) but no one picked up the call so I had to go down myself to ask them to come and fix it. When I went down, I found that the staffs were sleeping :( I think it would be better to have front desk staffs stand by for any emergency that could happen during night time.

"The service at the hotel is amazing. I have a wonderful stay at the hotel. There were a couple issues at the room but they addressed it quickly. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.
The room is big and nice balcony to relax after a long day. Breakfast has a lot of options. Hotel location is about 10-15 minutes walk from old town. I like it as it's very quiet at night. The hotel neighbourhood is very nice too, many shops, restaurants and mini-marts around. Very safe to walk around.

"Nous sommes arrivés très tôt le matin par un bus de nuit, la chambre n'était pas libre, ce qui était normal mais nous avons été accueillis les bras ouverts et avons pu emprunter les vélos gratuitement pour aller admirer le levé du soleil.
Les hôtes sont d'une gentillesse et se plient en 4 pour que le séjour se passe bien. Ils sont très généreux et nous ont invité à manger. Nous avons pris nos petits déjeuners sur place, super bons !

"This hotel is a hidden gem . The staff are wonderful they are always smiling and they can’t do enough for you. It’s a family run hotel and you really feel like part of there family. Any problem and Vinci will go out of his way to fix it asap.Cant recommend this hotel enough we had an amazing stay and will be back"
