"I stayed here for three nights in a Royal King room. The room was clean, spacious for one person and had a balcony. The staff were kind, had great recommendations for restaurants in the area and and greeted me with a smile. I enjoyed that the hotel was located away from the busy accent town, but was easily walkable. The rooftop bar/pool was a great way to start or end the day. "- The hotel is new, clean with a good condition. - The staffs are very nice and helpful. However, my room had problem with the air condition at night and I tied to call reception many times (more than10 times) but no one picked up the call so I had to go down myself to ask them to come and fix it. When I went down, I found that the staffs were sleeping :( I think it would be better to have front desk staffs stand by for any emergency that could happen during night time. "

"Dette er et helt fantastisk hotel. Der var en rigtig behagelig swimmingpool, fantastisk morgenmad, fine værelser som blev gjort rene hver dag og sådan et venligt og behjælpeligt personale. Det tog os 15 min. at gå til Hoi An market. Vi lånte cykler gratis på hotellet og cyklede til den lækre sandstrand An Bang stranden, som tog ca. 15 min.
