"Clean and comfy, I had a nice sized room over looking the river. Situated between the beach and the river, it was only a 5 minute walk to the beach! Quiet area, not a lot of shops or restaurants in this area but easy to take Grab to the busier places. Friendly staff, good breakfast cooked to order every morning. Overall had a lovely stay! "

"There was a good variety of breakfast items. Al the staff were very friendly and helpful. the room was very spacious and very clean. The water in the outdoor pool was nice and warm with jacuzzi pressure points. There were daily complimentary shuttle services to and fro the Ancient Town. The only drawback is that the the beach is quite a distance away by walking. Would suggest that that there should be complimentary shuttle services to the beach daily."

"Nice small hotel, ideal for a short stay. The pool is small but its a plus. Breakfast was pretty good. Hotel isn’t big enough to walk around and Location is in the middle of low raise residential area. The only problem i had was, the neighboring house had a Rooster that crows and affected my sleep at 5:30am everyday that i stayed even with the doors closed."

"Beautiful hotel and room, the restaurant food was very fresh and great tasting. They have quick laundry service as well and all the staff was very kind and helpful. The location is close to the tourist area but far away that it’s not noisy. Definitely would book again. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff goes out of their way to get to know their guests and make them feel welcomed at the hotel. They operate a free shuttle to old town and to the beach. There are free bicycles you can use and they are wonderful for riding around in the rice fields and to see water buffalo. "Our stay at the KA Villa was excellent ❣️ The rooms are well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Fabulous AC and fans which are essential. The rooms were cleaned every day, washing taken and returned the same day at no extra cost. The breakfast menu was exceptional and you had many choices- European, Vietnamese etc. The best part were the staff ! Always smiling and always there to assist your needs. We will miss them.
