"This property is set in beautiful gardens and provides a peaceful and restful stay. When we stayed , there were two swimming pools available to us. We stayed for dinner one evening , and it was fabulous. Breakfast was plentiful , including lots of local produce. The staff were really helpful and this even extended to giving us a lift down to the centre of the town so that we could make our onward connection without having to carry heavy luggage. "We were in a room in the back area where the gym facility is. The room felt (and smelled) damp but otherwise clean. It is dark due to the one window. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice grounds. Very close to city center, we walked for dinner. The free parking is a great advantage."
