I really like staying at this Best western. It was only a short drive to Avignon France and had a lot of good restaurants within a short distance. A car or Uber was definitely required. The hotel was top class. The rooms were large and well appointed and not to be brand new. The staff was wonderful. We liked the hotel so much that we booked at best Western for our next stay.

This is a lovely hotel to stay in and we had connecting rooms which was brilliant. Check in was very easy and staff were polite. The only down size is that the hotel is not in walking distance to the main part of Avignon. The pool and garden areas are lovely and relaxing.

The hotel is a typical Best Western Plus when it comes to design and service, so all our expectations we had when booking it were fulfilled. All members of staff were very friendly and attentive and made us feel welcome. The hotel is nicely situated at the edge of Avignon, which was perfect for our needs as we used it for a stop-over on our way to Spain. The premises are very clean, offer you ample of parking spaces and above all are gated, so that you do not have to worry about personal belongings that you would like to leave in your car. For guests who would like to visit Avignon itself, there are public buses leaving more or less in front of the hotel. The surrounding area has a rather industrial, dlightly run-down touch, but we did not mind this, as the premises itself are very green and well kept. The only thing we did not like, was a piece of butter and an open bottle of water that previous guests had left in the rooms mini-bar, which obviously had not been controlled or cleaned by the staff. But then again, the rest of the room was clean, so we did not fuss about it, but removed these leftovers. All in sll we enjoyed our stay and would always come back in the future.

Great safe parking. Gated hotel. Comfy bed. Nice pool. Delicious breakfast. Awesome staff. Only negative comment is that their website needs to state that their restaurant is NOT open on Sundays. Otherwise we had a great time swimming and site seeing there. We would definitely recommend!!

The staff was kind and attentive. The room was quiet, clean and the amenities were good. The facilities were clean. The morning buffet had good variety (except the eggs— powdered?). The issue we had was the hotel is in a medical/industrial area. There is a crematorium next door. 1 block down is a street with barriers to slow cars down that we had to weave through. No idea the purpose. This was a pretty poor area it seems. Around the barriers are groups of young men drinking and having fun. We took that street by accident one night and we did not feel safe— if they wanted to stop our car they absolutely could have. No one warned us about this. Overall, good hotel, poor area of choice.

Lovely hotel on the outskirts of the historic town of Avignon. We stayed here is late August 2025. This was our second stay at this hotel (previous was in August 2024). We would like to thank the manageress Anne Elle for helping to make our stay enjoyable – check in process was easy and Anne Elle’s English was better than my French. The hotel is in a quiety leafy suburb of Avignon with excellent parking facilities. The rooms are clean, modern, air-conditioned and spacious. They are well equipped with coffee and Tea making facilities. There is a wonderful indoor pool with a sauna – perfect for relaxing after a long journey. There is also an outdoor pool surrounded by a beautiful garden. This year the hotel has dining facilities available for the evening - which is very convenient for guests. The food is very good, and the morning breakfast is excellent, with a good choice of hot and cold food, drinks etc. We found all the staff coureous and attentive and we were delighted with the service we received. Staying at this hotel was an opportunity for us to explore Avignon briefly before continuing our journey to the Cote d’Azur. We would be happy to stay here again.

The property is decent. Staff were good until some of my wife’s make up went missing after the room was cleaned. I understand if the cleaner denies and there are no cameras in the room. However, we did not go to France for two weeks to scam $150 worth of make up. I would be careful of this place.
