The signage is poor within the hotel and it takes awhile to understand that your room, which has a number beginning with 2, is on the first floor. Food options within the hotel are predictably stratospheric in price, but you know that going in. Noice coming from neighbor plumbing a constant. Overcome by AC noise. It's what it is, an overpriced room where you need it."

"Coming in to Heathrow from Cyprus (Ron Mitchell Adventure dot com), we faced a 12-hour layover beginning at Midnight. Booked a room that was clean, comfortable and quiet for around US 100 dollars, and cheap transportation costs. As Americans, it was like the "Clampetts" going to visit the "Jetsons". A fun journey figuring out where to catch a "POD" that magically transported us straight to the hotel, without ever once talking to a human until reaching the hotel. If you are stuck at T-5 for a while, consider this great alternative for comfort and a few hours sleep."

"Only 2 staff on duty, and one was behind the bar, no TV We wanted an early and relaxing night to watch TV because we had a long and early flight very disappointing"

"Arrived late so dinner was just finishing, able to order a coffee, or alcohol. But nothing else the coffee bar had space to sell other items like biscuits or cakes (Perhaps in the future). We wasnt told about a neurovirus outbreak the week before. A couple of guests mentioned it. Which explained why alot of cleaning was going on. Hence the 3 stars in parts of the review. Room was very nice and very clean. Spa again nice, but people allowed to lane swim outside the lane swim area, which was problamatic and 1 guest particularly unpleasant when he got in our way! Can't blame the hotel for his manners but he sbould be directed to the correct part of the pool. Breakfast, all staff very attentive, but let down by quality of products especially the sausages and bacon. Porridge however was excellent. Overall stay was pleasant and would stay again."

"This is a most excellent hotel. It has a delightful restaurant as part of it. The food is delicious! The staff are very helpful especially if the neighborhood is unknown to you. I would stay there again!"

"Amazingly quaint location views and steps from a subdued river Thames. Convenient location short Uber to either Windsor or King HenryVIII Hampton palace. Straight into London Waterloo station. Mason and Judy thoroughly thoughtful and kind. English family town. Loved our stay"

"This hotel is extremely big; many rooms are in flat-style blocks that feel disjointed from the main hotel, but it's good for big events. The drinks are at a high premium rate but the staff lack knowledge of how they should be served. The pool is family-friendly, so it's not good for couples looking to relax. Our bathroom needed some TLC, the bath panel had blown, however, Penhaligons soap is a nice treat. The outside areas are lovely for walks. "
