"Clean room non working air conditioner location is good"

"This hotel is extremely big; many rooms are in flat-style blocks that feel disjointed from the main hotel, but it's good for big events. The drinks are at a high premium rate but the staff lack knowledge of how they should be served. The pool is family-friendly, so it's not good for couples looking to relax. Our bathroom needed some TLC, the bath panel had blown, however, Penhaligons soap is a nice treat. The outside areas are lovely for walks. "

"The sleeping rooms were spacious and the facilities were well equipped. Nevertheless, the traffic outside was hustle and a bit noisy all the day. Customer service staff were nice, helpful and responsive."

"The team here are wonderful and so accommodating. They always go above and beyond to help me out and make me feel welcome. The woman who helped me this trip was excellent and made suggestions to help me out for my next stay as well. I didn't get her name, but she was a dark haired French person. The pub is clean with great food and the rooms are comfortable and well decorated. I always like the extra touches of the radio, a little drink, and the comfortable soft sheets."
