"Staff"

"The hotel is much bigger than the pictures suggest, with rooms across multiple buildings. Couldn’t find our room and two of the staff didn’t know either! Also it’s a prime Lego Land hotel so was full of families and young children - breakfast was very noisy. Don’t book if you are looking for a quiet break as a couple."

"This is an old building been remodeling and all the amenities are below standard."

"Overall good"

"As fabulous as ever! Courteous staff, excellent room amenities and a well-stocked club room! Great proximity to departure hall, literally a 4 minute walk. This has been my choice for many years, whenever flying from Heathrow, irrespective of which terminal I fly from! "

"Perfect hotel to stay close to Heathrow Airport. Excellent staff , good breakfast that includes fresh made omelets. Special shout out to Gaelee the hostess for the breakfast lounge, always cheerful and a big smile. Big shout out to Clive , waiter in the breakfast lounge, very friendly and professional at all times."

"จากสนามบินมาสะดวกดีฟรีด้วยเวลาเข้าลอนดอนก็สะดวกมีให้เลือก2สายชอบมาก"

"Nice overnight stay, close to the airport and clean Good food is available at the bar and restaurant.Seamless check in."

"very quite room in spite of being in the city of Windsor . A good pub across the street (30 seconds walk) , plenty of parking, good breakfast. Highly recommended"

"Amazing little place! Super value for money with a well stocked kitchen area and fresh eggs for breakfast."

"We've just had the most amazing stay at The Swan, with our two dogs. Our room was fantastic with everything provided both for us, and for our dogs. All the staff were extremely dog friendly and helpful, and couldn't have made us feel more welcome. We will definitely be back for another stay"

"Clean rooms, staff were great and friendly. What lets it down is breakfast. Tasteless and basic."

"The hotel is basically a hotel close to Heathrow. Everything was ok, but everything was pretty basic. Parking overnight for 12.5 hours seemed pretty expensive at £25"
