"My husband and I loved our 5 night stay! The area was convenient to anywhere in London and the room was the perfect size for us both. My only complaint is the bathroom - the toilet flush needed 3-4x to get anything down, the sink and bathroom didn’t drain and water from the shower went everywhere! This didn’t affect our trip at al, just something for the property to look into. We will stay here again our next trip to London!"

Leider hatten wir ein Badezimmer mit nur Badewanne- es war sehr hoch und rutschig und der Glaswand war nicht feste - somit schwer sich fest zu halten wenn Mann wieder aus die Wanne raus wollte - wir lagen 2 x am Boden -
So nicht geeignet für Eltere Personen oder Familien mit kinder. Frühstück war gut - Personal sehr nett!"
"Location excellent. Breakfast lots of choice and good quality, just could do with a second coffee machine. Staff lovely. Basic accommodation but clean. Downside is not ensuite. Good value for money. We have stayed twice with child 10 and my retired parents. "
"The receptionist name "Aylin" very very kind and helpful. She is a first impression for the first day of my UK trips. The room is very clean , good bathtub , big ben view in my room so good (Room type : Suite with bigben view). If you need anyhelp or anything i phone called and all of the staff help a lot. I recommend you to stay here. Hope to meet them again!"

"Maria was a fantastic host. We arrived early and were exhausted so she had our room ready quickly and let us in. The breakfast was so good. Large selection of food to start the day off with. The location is super convenient as Paddington station is a three minute walk away. Hyde park is close and connects you to places like Kensington palace, Buckingham palace, and more. We would definitely stay here again. "
"The hotel is small, and there are a few steps (two or three) at the entrance to the reception, which made it a bit difficult to bring up heavy luggage. However, breakfast was provided in the morning, and the staff were extremely friendly. They gave directions and were always helpful whenever I needed something. The location is excellent—very close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park. It wasn’t too noisy either, so overall it was a pleasant stay.

"Reception was great, restaurant was great, great location. Only hicup was the elevator to the 6 floor was under repair, so hauled our luggage up a flight of stairs - they did offer to do that for us. Breakfast was so so for 25£ each, have had better that was included "
