"We love the cabin"

"We booked 6 rooms for our group for a 2-night stay at Mainstay Suites Gatlinburg. While the hotel looks fairly new and the rooms are equipped with convenient kitchen amenities like a stovetop and full-sized refrigerator, our overall experience was quite frustrating. "This place is a little gem. It’s right on the water and is amazing to fall asleep to the babbling brook. There’s a hot tub and fire pit to enjoy and we would absolutely come back. "The location was awesome able to walk every where we wanted to go in Gatlinburg. The facility was outstanding very, very comfortable. Would recommend to all my family and friends!!"

"The room was very clean. Excellent location, convenient to the downtown area. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider staying again when visiting the area."

"Excellent staff, delicious breakfast, at a great location just minutes from Main Street. Definitely will come again."

"Nice hotel, however Not worth the price and adding a resort fee on top of that. 26% tax in the restaurant and bar is horrible. We visit Gatlinburg often and will not return to this hotel."
