"While the staff were lovely and the room was nice we waited 3 hours for a second bathrobe and had to call 4 times. There was also an opened bottle of sparkling water in the mini bar. The carpet in the hallway was dirty and needed a vacuum. For a hotel that costs a lot to stay in, those details are a bit of a letdown. "

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel. I let them know it was a special romantic getaway and we were given a free bottle of champagne! The food was exceptional and the rooms beautiful with lovely soft big bed and stunning views, also fully stocked mini bar. Staff were absolutely lovely and helpful at all times. "Second visit to this hotel. Previous was 3 years ago. Still excellent. Very friendly service, clean hotel, good facilities and good location. Buffet breakfast is high quality and the indoor pool is a nice treat for the kids. This is now our hotel of choice in Sydney. "

"The hotel is in a great location. The rooms were really nice. The staff was great. There was construction in the lobby that was affecting being able to enjoy the lobby. I was charged for a full breakfast when the breakfast was not being offered to its fullest capacity due to construction. It made me feel like customer service was lacking and I never sought breakfast at the hotel again. Other than the construction issues and mediocre service during that time the hotel is lovely. "

"Excellent location, metro just across the park making getting around easy. Large comfy bed, good shower but dated decor and fittings, needs a revamp but this didn't affect our stay. The windows could do with a clean!"
