This is a well run hotel with spacious rooms with great spa bath bathrooms. It was comfortable although I prefer not to turn ny head when watching tv from the bed. The food and restaurants were great. Fast room service.

From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. The staff were all so welcoming friendly and helpful. The hotel was so clean and tidy. The food was amazing. The area the hotel was located was handy to everything short walk to Botanical gardens, Opera House, Circular Quay, tram stops shops bars restaurants. Will definitely stay here next time we visit. Loved it.

Super hotel & history. Good staff. Bathroom outdated & flooded easily. Bed sheets did not tuck in. Bar menu limited. Very enjoyable stay. Valet car parking a bonus.
