"We had an issue with the self check in, but one of the agents quickly asked if we needed assistance and the proceeded to upgrade us to a junior suite for our "trouble". And also gave us a free 2pm checkout since our flight wasnt leaving until 10pm. They also stored all of our luggage for us the entire day so we didn't have to worry. Would definitely stay here again!!"
