The entire staff from arrival to departure were amazing. Bell men to front desk to the concierge staff were 5 star. Spa Massages with Pauline, Wendy and Zu were fabulous that we scheduled another treatment the next day with these ladies. Room accommodations to include the dining in room service were great. Every time I stay at a Four Seasons I always enjoy my stay. Got a room with Club Access and it was worth every penny. Breakfast feast daily and access to the lounge. Great location, beautiful property, great views of the city from the 20th floor pool, and a fabulous gym. Stayed with my 2 teenage kids and we all loved it. Would definitely recommend and return here in the future. 5 stars!

Amazing service overall -friendly ,professional staff members -acommodating to novel request opening a 1979 port wine that requires special care and filtering afterwards without charge -complementary fresh fruit and bucket of ice every day is very much appreciated -concierge was very helpful in taking care of our order of cheeses offering to store it and deliver it to our room later.
