Great location and close to City Hall MRT station. Swimming pool convenient. Restaurant and bar had good food. Staff at Concierge, Restaurant and Room service very good. Only complaint is the “bottleneck” at Reception on 3rd floor while attempting to check in. Very crowded area.

Overall, a good stay. We were upgraded to junior suite. The house keeping staff on the junior suite side were really good. We changed to deluxe room as we didn't like the design of junior suite. Breakfast was nice with good options.

This hotel was such an excellent experience. The staff was amazing, breakfast was amazing, the location was super. Just a 15 to max 30 min walk to most iconic places. The MRT was a few minutes away. I would definitely stay here again!
