"Price is very good but there is a lot of work being undertaken on the property - hopefully it will prove to be worth it! The lack of staff on the check-in counter made the process unacceptably slow and it needs to be addressed urgently."

"This has been my favorite hotel to stay at when I am in Thailand. It is the perfect location and close to train station, food, transportation. However, in both buildings they have a mold problem. The walls have mold in them as well as the showers. Do not stay in the the older building where the top rooms are suppose to be. The toilets do not flush and the sinks leaks water everywhere. The constant noice from outside gets annoying because you can hear everything in the rooms so there is bad noise...

"The bed sheets were clean and good quality. When I checked into the hotel (late check-in), I was given an upgraded room, as there were many guests. The hotel is near the National Stadium, BTS station, and the shopping mall."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Love the family room with the bunk bed, the kids really loves it. Cosy environment overall. Very convenient location Ard 5-8mins walk to Empshere Mall and abt 10mins walk to T21 Mall and BTS station."

"We returned to the Solitaire Bangkok having been guests previously in July 2023. A complimentary room upgrade was a wonderful surprise and made our 5 nights stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to the ladies in the Club Lounge and the young gentleman Ice who are all very charming and attentive. Our young male housekeeper for room 1205 also deserves a mention for doing an exceptional job every day. Thank you to the team at the Solitaire Bangkok."
