Clean and Friendly Staff

Hotel is very clean and close to the BTS Green Line, nice and friendly staff. We stayed for 3 nights and felt very comfortable, we would return to this location.

This new hotel is strategically located in the middle of BTS Ratchayothin and BTS Phahonyothin 24, near Major Cineplex and Major Avenue, you would got most of your basic needs! Staying in Deluxe King Room is fantastic, love the panoramic view and big windows! Excellent cleanliness, great buffet breakfast…highly recommend to stay in this property :)

We had a nice stay. We liked the breakfast, gym and pool on the rooftop. Unfortunately, only one elevator of the three was working. There is no airconditioning in the elevator. Bar is only open till 22:00 :( Our rooma was clean and nice.

The hotel is very nice with excellent rooms, beds, linens, views. The pool is amazing and the fitness center makes you want to work out. But the location is far from ALL attractions. IF you book tours, they won't pick you up there, too far out of perimeter, and taxi's have no idea how to get there if you plan your own transportation. The staff know nothing and not helpful at all. They are polite, but not helpful. Very frustrating to feel stranded there, while the property was great. If you can figure out the train system (very close by)- this will work for you. If you want your tour to pick you up, taxi, this is NOT it. And you will have 30-60 min travel time to anything as traffic is ALL day.

Modern corporate hotel with no soul. The hotel is pleasant enough but lacks personality and the personal touch. The hotel has clearly been affected by the earth quake as our room was liberally flooded during heavy rain through the windows. The same happened to both of our friends rooms with one couple having to change rooms in the middle of the night. No apologies were offered and no compensation for the inconvenience. The rooms clearly need some major maintenance. Breakfast choice is good but most dishes were cold. Staff seem very inexperienced and uninterested. Would not choose again if stopping in Bangkok.
