First time to stay at this property. All of the staff, from front desk to concierge, restaurant staff and manager to security, were very friendly, customer service oriented, and extremely accommodating and helpful. Love the buffet and restaurant. Great views and atmosphere from the rooftop bar and pool. This will be my go-to in Bangkok!

The area is very rough with a lot of sex businesses around. The hotel is excellent, My only complain is the illumination, there’s not enough light specially in the bathroom and was so hard to do make up!

Great hotel very close to Nana BTS station. Nice rooftop pool and super helpful staff. Outside hotel has alot of bars, great for young people but not great for kids. Overall super hotel!
