"We love the hotel, it's our second time at Krabi resort, we toos the beach front pool Vila and it was amazing. It seems that there are ereas in the resort that are not maintained like we expect from such a resort. For example the pool is very nice but the vibes are..mmm Well doesn't exist, not music, no food menu, OK drinks.. And no one there.. "Hotel is nice, walking distance from everything, at the end of the beach so not a crazy amount of tourists walking the beach. 95% of the staff were friendly and helpful, however some of them seems exhausted\ not motivated… We encountered several employees struggling with basic English. Our room was very clean and cozy. If you’re looking for a really quiet hotel, it might not be the best options since it was mainly families with young kids. Breakfast was ok. "

"I love the tropical design, the massage tech at the pool. They could improve their service by turning on the AC available by the time guests arrive at the pier. With the extreme heat in Phi Phi it would be a huge help. The beach in front of hotel is less than desirable. Dirty and slippery at the bottom of the beach. Weird! But thats none of the staffs fault. "Fantastic hotel. Great pool, staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel has eco friendly policies like refillable water, no plastic bags in bins etc. the food is good, location is excellent. Only 10 minute walk to both beaches."

"Overall had a really good experience at this hotel. Staff was friendly, room/facilities were nice as well as clean. There wasn’t much within walking distance of the hotel, however it is just a short drive from Tiger Cave Temple and the airport."
