We were unhappy with our assigned room (required two separate elevators and was very dark with small windows) and they graciously accommodated a room change and a complementary split of champagne! "We’ve stayed there, maybe 12 times so far, so we like it, however this time the first room we were allocated was unfit. Someone must have dropped a bottle of perfume in the room and the odor was simply overpowering and unhealthy. How they could not have realized this and corrected the situation is hard to understand. Fortunately they were able to move us to an upgraded room, but this should have not been required. They need to get it right the first time."
