"The location of this hotel was perfect . Very close to old town . We walk all the time. The room was extremely clean and the staff was vey polite. We love the breakfast. Even though we have to pay it did includes everything including caffe and juices. We will comeback . We really appreciate the water station with the fruits. Our concierge’s who speaks 4 languages was the cherry on top. We lost a reservation and went above and beyond to help us,sorry we forgot his name but it was Sunday the 21 of June ."

"The room wasn’t large but clean and a nice shower with plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable. Very quiet. Staff friendly. Space is limited I’d suggest a shelf above the toliet as there was not much space for toiletries on the tiny sink. Also usb plugs near the bed helpful. We arrived by taxis & the location for Old Quebec sightseeing was perfect! A stones throw from Chateau Frontenac, Funicular & stairs to lower town."

"Our stay at the Chateaux was lovely! The food at the restaurant was delicious and the view was unbeatable. It felt like staying in a castle! The toboggan ride was so fun as well! The location was also amazing with the shops being a short (albeit downhill or uphill) walk or lift-ride away. We stayed in the winter (sorry my review is so delayed!) and still felt that evening was accessible even with the snow and chilly weather. I recommend staying and will absolutely be staying here again!"

"We have stayed here about 4 to 5 times over the last few years. The staff are so friendly and accomodating. We rented e-bikes for 24 hrs to venture out to new neighborhoods and we were able to store overnight . Located in the heart of the Old City on a busy street ,yet it is quiet, safe and very well appointed. There is a lovely restaurant attached that grows many of their veggies on the rooftop. There are 2 amazing crepe places nearby, plus bakeries all around It's an easy walk to the promenade, Frontenac or up to the Plains of Abraham or Rue St Jean are for a different vibe Oh also a 24/7 espresso machine in a nice privatre sitting area stocked wiht fresh fruit and infused water is an added bonus Highly recommend"

"Le plus intéressant etait l emplacement dans le vieux Quebec.Tout se faisait à pied. L auberge est très bien.Propreté des lieux parfait. Le seul petit désavantage était la toilette qui fonctionnait très mal. Moi j y retournerais."
