"The hotel was right in the hustle and bustle of Old Quebec. Great attractions and great restaurants walking distance from hotel. The restaurant at the hotel was great also. The staff was very helpful in any questions we had. The room was a nice room to relax after a day of shopping in Old Quebec. Quaint shops. The major information the hotel could have provide us or any future guests is the address to park your car if your driving in."

"This is a great hotel in the Old City and convenient to just about everything you want to see. The rooms are lovely and each is unique. This is a very historical building. Therefore there is no elevator, the stairs are steep and there is no one to help with luggage up the stairs. The onsite restaurant is very good (try the crepes for breakfast). We love this hotel and have stayed five or six times over the last 15 years. But, with a bad knee and our age, we probably won’t manage again. There are no ground floor rooms. But, it truly is lovely!"
