"Le logement est super bien situé ! Certes le bâtiment est assez ancien et les meubles anciens mais cela reste très propre. Arrivée autonome. Le seul petit bémol, c’est peut être rajouter des sachets de thé et une bouilloire pour ceux qui ne boivent pas de café mais sinon top !"

"The room wasn’t large but clean and a nice shower with plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable. Very quiet. Staff friendly. Space is limited I’d suggest a shelf above the toliet as there was not much space for toiletries on the tiny sink. Also usb plugs near the bed helpful. We arrived by taxis & the location for Old Quebec sightseeing was perfect! A stones throw from Chateau Frontenac, Funicular & stairs to lower town."

"Recently renovated hotel centrally located. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Room was spacious compared to other hotels. King bed with air conditioning not easy to fine at this price point and location. Staff was excellent and very helpful. They even provided bus passes for us when we only asked where to purchase them to travel to Montmorency falls. Would stay here again."

"The staff gave us top-tier customer service. We are immensely appreciative of them accommodating to our requests last-minute.
The location is at the heart of Old Quebec and was super close to many hotspots (ex. Chateau Frontenac, Petit Champlain) and many restaurants and cute bakeries. I will definitely come back the next time I'm in Quebec City."

"This is a great hotel in the Old City and convenient to just about everything you want to see. The rooms are lovely and each is unique. This is a very historical building. Therefore there is no elevator, the stairs are steep and there is no one to help with luggage up the stairs. The onsite restaurant is very good (try the crepes for breakfast). We love this hotel and have stayed five or six times over the last 15 years. But, with a bad knee and our age, we probably won’t manage again. There are...

"Good central location, clean room and Jonathan was helpful with queries during my stay. Even loaned me an umbrella because I lost mine during my travels. It was a comfortable and restful stay. Note that there is a shared kettle per floor which is ok with me since there are only 3 rooms on my floor."

"We have stayed here about 4 to 5 times over the last few years. The staff are so friendly and accomodating. We rented e-bikes for 24 hrs to venture out to new neighborhoods and we were able to store overnight . Located in the heart of the Old City on a busy street ,yet it is quiet, safe and very well appointed. There is a lovely restaurant attached that grows many of their veggies on the rooftop. There are 2 amazing crepe places nearby, plus bakeries all around

"The location was gold. NO parking and staff did NOT have a clue.
The hotel is old! I know it was old Quebec City but it could use a lot of TLC! Shower curtain had 2 tone colors cause it was so old and dirty! Everything was broken in the room that we stayed in. TP holder was on the floor, the fan for the bathroom was broken so we had a crack/space on the ceiling.
The drawers for the dresser were dirty. Like I said it is neglected and could use a lot of TLC!

"Le plus intéressant etait l emplacement dans le vieux Quebec.Tout se faisait à pied.
L auberge est très bien.Propreté des lieux parfait.
