We truly enjoyed our stay here. The staff was beyond amazing. Wonderful, helpful, friendly, happy and welcoming. Loved the option of having filtered coffee in the lobby since we do not like kerig and the impacts of the waste it accumulates. I believe the biggest downside was you couldn’t regulate your own heat in the rooms. It was controlled for us. If I were to travel through again, I would definitely look to stay here. A big thank you.

A lovely boutique hotel in lower town Quebec city, close to great restaurants and all the sites. A nice walk uphill to upper Quebec city. The staff couldn’t be more kind and helpful. Wonderful breakfast of pastries, and coffee. I would definitely stay there again. Kudos to Hotel des Coutellier!!!
