"Fabulous stay! The shuttle was great, well marked, so it was easy to find and it took us straight from the airport to the hotel. Location was perfect as it was less than a five minute walk to the metro right into the heart of Madrid, which was exactly what we wanted for our trip. The staff were great and really helpful, speaking English as well as Spanish. They were able to hold our luggage after check out which was brilliant as we had a late flight. We booked a triple room. "The staff is accommodating. Breakfast buffet was decent. Area is an industrial park so there’s no real place to walk around. The bed is comfortable and room is spacious.But this place is just for resting before catching your flight at the airport next day so it does the job. "
