Very nice hotel. Lovely spacious rooms and the staff members were friendly. Will def stay when I return. The breakfast was very good. I loved the location too from the airport but also you walk outside and there are nice restaurants to go to.

Hotel is about 15 minute walk from the metro. Once on the metro, 1 stop to the city centre of Madrid - perfectly located. Staff very nice and allowed us to check in early. Breakfast had plenty of options. Would stay again

Stayed at NYX Hotel Madrid and had an excellent experience. The hotel has a genuinely hip, modern vibe with great decor. The rooms were spotless, extremely clean, and offered great value for the price. Loved the amenities downstairs—having arcade games and foosball in the lobby added a really fun touch. The bar was a highlight: great drinks, good service from the staff, and a DJ spinning sets in the evening that set a fantastic atmosphere. Highly recommended if you're looking for a stylized, energetic place in a solid location.

The hotel is in a very strategic area near the Bernabeu Football Soccer Stadium, you can get there walking. The staff is always available and very helpful. Breakfast is a bit monotonous, but you only notice it if you stay for a long period of time otherwise is good.

We booked this last minute as our original accommodation had fallen through, and we could not have been luckier! The location was brilliant (as tourists to get into the centre), as well the neighbourhood with some amazing local restaurants and amenities. The staff were all fantastic, kind and, helpful, from check in to the bar staff. The breakfast was generally very good, and perfect to fuel up for a long day out. Unfortunately the pool was closed for renovation, which would have made the trip even better! Overall, this is a great hotel to have as a base whilst you explore Madrid, and will be returning!

We booked this for the end of a two week trip - hoping for relaxation to unwind. After booking (with no refund option) we found the pool was closed for maintenance. The lady on reception to check us in had no interest at all - no polite welcome - just very transactional. Hair dryer didn't work in the room. Location we can't complain about as we knowingly booked this (all the city centre hotels were expensive with the F1 race on), but there really isn't much to see unless you get an Uber or train to Sol to see this more historic sites - would not recommend for tourism. The staff on reception for check out were however very friendly and held our bags for us whilst we explored the local area.

Perfect location if visiting the Bernabeu and situated near the Madrid city Tour buses for ease of getting aroumd. Breakfast was good, basic but plenty to choose from. Only negative was the room was very small and located near the lifts, so noisy at times but other than thay, good value for money. Staff were all helpful and polite.
