The Regina was a beautiful hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had many options, was fresh, and the staff was prompt with coffee and juice. The location is perfect for site seeing and shopping. The room was immaculate and well stocked with toiletries, robes, and slippers. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid.

This is a great hotel at a great location. It was very easy to move around walking and via the several metro stations nearby. The staff was very attentive, the breakfast buffet was excellent and the room amenities exceeded all expectations - Dyson hair dryer, Nespresso coffee, electric room darkening and lighting and comfortable bed. The gym and terrace were also nice perks.
