"Wonderful location close to multiple subway (JR or Tokyo Metro) options that is just a few stops away from desirable locations near central Tokyo. Peaceful suburban area to one side with various parks and memorials and river-side walking paths, but the other side on JR Ryogoku can be lively with many options for food and other activities. Ultimately was a good mix and perfect convenient location for me. "

"I am going to be as fair as possible with my review, front desk staff was excellent, easy check in, very help full and spoke english, Lobby was clean. Good location, Airport bus shuttle from Narita stops right in front of hotel, the free shuttle to Disney was a big plus. The location was also good, plenty of places to eat, train station is just minutes away and skytree is close by. "Really enjoyed our stay here. Check in and check out process was very easy. The amenities available in the lobby were great. Staff was friendly. The location was great for us as we enjoyed early morning walks. The Airport Limosine Bus drops off and picks up right in front which was very convenient. Only issue was beds and pillow were harder than we are used to, but that seemed to be the case in other Japan hotels as well. We had a 2 twin room and it was quite spacious."

"Check in was easy. It’s directly across the street from the train station. That’s a big plus. The floor was very quiet. I was lucky enough to be on the same floor as the laundry and vending machines! The staff was always smiling and always greeted me. I would definitely recommend this particular hotel to my friends and family. My hope is to stay there next year. "

The rooms were small, but well planned and contained everything that we needed for our 4 night stay including a small but well engineered bath/shower room. I got the impression that we weren’t paying for the ‘under-population’ of a large double room, whilst getting all that we needed from the smaller optimised room. "The hotel is approximately 2 minutes walk to Higashi Shinjuku station. Lawson and 7 eleven stores close by. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is good value for the price I pay. Rooms are small but that’s expected on most hotels in Japan. Staff are friendly and can speak English. "

"It’s a good hotel for tourism who are visiting Shinjuku. We had a spacious room on the corner but the only thing missing was the fact that the room didn’t have chairs to sit in. It was rather a simple bench against the wall which is less convenient if you want to sip a drink while watching the excellent view of the city. No gym facilities or pool. Breakfast is great and had excellent choices for any taste!"
