"it has been a very disappointing experience with that property . First day, electricity power went off . We were told that this happen when you start the air conditioning with the clothing dryer. They asked to put the breakers back on. Then the air conditioning in one of the bedroom (where my daughter and her 2 girls were sleeping) wasn't working. They sent someone to fix it but they needed to replace one part which took two days to receive. Once the part was replaced, then the air conditioning failed again. Then came back and fixed it . Then the following day, it failed again , they fixed it again. The worst was the beach. The photos of the beach were misleading as there were no possibilities of going into the sea as the slope from the land to the water was too deep . So we have booked for 3 weeks and we left after one week. So I lost two weeks of rental. Remember that I planned this vacation with my two daughters and my two grand children, so this trip which was to be so exciting became a very disapointing experience for all of us . I have rented condos several times in the past and never had such bad experience"

"Clean. Everything within walking distance. Pool was nice. Check-in process by host pro was very easy and seanless. Through the online portal. Just need to remember to fill out all the indo on the portal and after that all is good. "

"Absolutely loved this property! The location is top notch, it’s super close to literally EVERYTHING you need! Also the room has a fridge, a microwave, and I think a coffee maker? (I don’t drink coffee but I think I remember seeing one) Staff was also extremely nice and accommodating, shout to Ana at the front desk! As a solo woman traveler, this property made me feel extremely safe, especially since all the staff were women! This will probably be my go to spot when I’m in PDC! I WILL BE BACK :)"

"Easy check in. Had a cute balcony. Spacious suite. The rooftop was the highlight of the hotel. 3 pools with a view. Walking distance from 5th. Antonio was a great host and communicated issues with their internet issues. Unfortunately I had no connection while I was there. Antonio was friendly and shared a few vouchers to compensate. Small gestures go a long way. Would definitely recommend."

"Beautiful roof top pool. Steps away from 5th ave shopping, restaurants. 2 blocks from the public beach. Great location. "

"When we got to the property two bedrooms and two full washrooms were clean and very specious. Everyday cleaning stuff changed towels and cleaned. My husband tried to run the hot tub but there was no hot water and it made terrible sound when we put on thpe jets. The stuff was very accommodating. We had a late flight and we were able to use the rooftop and sit by the pools and order food and drinks. Property is close to few beaches and really cool and tasty highly rated restaurants. Internet was a bit slow, but I think it's a network issue as I switched to my phone data and it was the same slow and my husband and my mil had the same issue. Overall it was wonderful 😊"

"The staff were extremely attentive. I was thoroughly impressed how the owner handled the government recommended lock down process. The rooms were well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. I would have rated this a 5 star stay had the internet worked inside the room. The location was great. We had close access to everything we needed including beaches. There is a price for this convenience. It is very noisy at night due to all the activities. I would suggest that the hotel owners provide guests with beach chairs. I would also suggest they let guests know that you have to run the water for several minutes before it gets warm. Overall, a great stay! "
