"The staff were great and the hotel is clean located in a prime Shinjuku location. I have to warn everyone, especially those who come from North America who are you used to space. This hotel room was so small you couldn’t leave your suitcase open. It had two twin beds and no where to stand or sit. There was no closet and a tiny bathroom."

"No problems and comfortable bed, and room has almost everything you might need such as toothbrush, shaver etc. Rooms are very small. I was only able to open my suitcase fully by the entrance to the room. But that is the compromise for central Tokyo in this lower price range. I thought the lifts were quite slow and they seem to chase each other. Location is very convenient but expect lots of noise due to the location in the middle of Kabukicho. Breakfast service is OK but starts at 7am. Would be nice to be able to start earlier as on the last day, I had a 6:40am bus to catch to Haneda so missed it. "

"It’s was a good stay overall. Room were extremely small. We had to remove the heater and chair in the hallway just to fit our luggage in the room. Barely any floor space maybe suitable for a couple but not a couple with a child no space. Very outdated room and old. Showers were like a crisis shower again no room for amenities. Average place to stay."

"It would have been a perfect stay if not for the fact that they lost my reservation. I had to contact expedia (whom where extremely helpful) in order to sort it out. I was also granted a late checkout time (which they then forgot about). So they called me at 11:05 to ask me to leave my room which I thought was really uncool man."
