連泊で泊まりました。 職員の態度は普通で良かったです ただ部屋はホコリがすごいくしゃみ出ました。 お風呂の親が抜けるところ茶色くヌルヌルしてました 潔癖の人はダメかな？ 溜まったゴミを廊下に翌朝出すんですがビニールが届かず持参した袋に入れて対応しました

ホテル内の設備・客室・大浴場など 全体的の清掃が行き届いていてきれいなのが良かったです。少し残念なのは朝食で、バイキング形式ででしたが 保温されていないものが多く、おいしさが半減しているように感じましした。欲を言えばおかずからデザートまで品数がもう少しあるとうれしいですね。

自由に飲めるコーヒー、緑茶、紅茶のそれぞれホットとアイスがあったのは良かったです。チェックイン時間のすぐに行っても、敷地内の駐車場は満車で、離れた第3駐車場に停めました。そこも、夜21時頃にはいっぱいになっていましたので、かなり人気があるホテルなのだなと思いました。時間制ではありますが、大きなお風呂もあり、とても快適に過ごせました。また相模原に寄る機会がありましたら、ぜひ利用したいです。
