"Genuinely lovely hotel, I would stay there again. It's chic, and even the rooms are well designed. The staff were very helpful - I dropped one star because I asked for an iron and it would have been helpful to have had that brought up to my room instead of me awkwardly carrying it up there. The breakfast really was amazing and had different Nagoya foods. I looked for ward to the breakfast every day. I would genuinely stay there again."

"This is a very authentic Japanese hotel. While I was staying there, I noticed that most guests were Japanese, which was obviously a good sign. Onsen was awesome! The bathhouse was clean and well-kept. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Wifi was reliable and fast. Yes, the room was small, but it's very typical of a hotel room in Japan. Yes, the hotel was not brand new, but everything worked, and as far I could see, everything was well maintained. I'd stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone I know when visiting Nagoya."

"The location is perfect, close to the station and bus stops. We never saw information on this online, but the hotel offers free shuttle to and from the train station. Room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was good but not exceptional. The hotel does not have a lobby where to sit and relax."
