"The accommodation was clean and spacious. The decor is quite dark, but probably because of the dark beams. The welcome in the pub wasn’t great, we weren’t acknowledged whilst standing with our bags in the pub. I understand the stafff are busy, but a simple’hello, we’ll be with you in a minute’ would be nice. We didn’t see any members of staff as the breakfast is a completely self service buffet. "Thank you for an Absolutely a fantastic stay, the room is a good size with every amenity and extra luxury touches, you want for nothing. Breakfast was fantastic, cooked well and fresh and plenty. The bed is huge and soft. And the hosts themselves couldn't do enough to make you feel welcome Would definitely stay again"

"The check in was quick and easy. The breakfast was really good. The room we had was on the front with a big window which was lovely but had to draw curtains for privacy in day. The only criticism was that there was a slight sewer type smell on arrival going up the stairs to the room and also in the morning in the bathroom but otherwise we had a lovely one night stay."
