"We stayed here for our 20 year anniversary. Everything was perfect. The room, the room service, the staff, the restaurant and the 3 min walk to the beach was stunning. We look forward to visiting again."

"Good attitude"

"There were fruit flies in my room during my entire five day stay. The owner of the room did not leave a phone number so that I can contact them regarding the issue. I was never given an email with the owners information. I asked the front desk and they said I should’ve received an email but I did not. The room needed to be painted and the bathroom shower faucet kept dripping. The doors covering the sliding doors would not open fully so my view of the mountain was blocked. There was only one...

"The staff were super helpful, friendly and fun! Customer service was outstanding and really loved how immaculately clean the property was."

"The cottage was adorable with parking right in front. There was a concert nearby. I enjoyed the music. Others could feel differently. My room had no soap, shampoo, dish liquid or any other kind of soap to wash hands, shower, etc. less than ideal. Location is close to the airport and Rice Street restaurants. Great stay except for missing soap."

"They said check in was 4 no earlier which was fine but they were unorganized and didn’t get us checked in till after 4. By the time we got to the room, we got in and realized the toilet barely worked and the shower Drain was completely clogged. So the water didn’t drain properly and created a pool at your feet I booked a two bed room I was traveling with two other adults and they only had one bed in the room and refused to rectify it and fix their mistake. They then blamed it on Expedia and...

"Our room was clean and comfortable, but bathroom fixtures have not been kept up. I just expected more for what we paid. A similar location and sized room on Maui was much nicer than this one was for similar money. Our room was ocean front, which was nice, but the beach was not really useable and there are homeless people living along the property who even lit fires. They were never a problem, just not expected for what we paid. The fire alarm went off at 4am, supposedly set off by the broken...

"The overall hotel experience was great. The staff were all super friendly and helpful with any questions or issues that arose. The room itself was very clean and comfortable for our stay. No issues with parking, as there was always a spot for us to find and even if we had to walk a little further from the main parking lot it didn’t phase us as we got to experience the beauty of the resort as we did so. Breakfast has great hours and offers a good variety of food and drinks at the morning coffee...

"We had a wonderful stay at Plantation Hale! The property was clean and well-maintained, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. We enjoyed our stay and had a great experience overall. The only minor issue was the toilet seat, which was a bit wobbly and could use some tightening or repair. Aside from that, everything was great. We would definitely consider staying here again!"

"Professional staff. Clean room. Relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful property."

"Great, central location. Smooth check-in process. Clean, well-maintained property."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Birthday Stay Ever! 🌺 We had the absolute best stay at Hale Hokuala Kauai! The hotel is absolutely breathtaking, extremely clean, peaceful, and secluded, making it feel like your own little paradise. The amenities are fantastic, and there’s even a beach access path right next to the hotel. The location is perfect because you feel tucked away, yet you’re conveniently located near everything on the island. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to...

"Good location, pool was nice and we enjoyed the chickens!"
