"Nice exterior and pool. Great location. Friendly staff and service with the exception of the concierge. Rooms clean but need updating. Every appliance made a racket when in use. The stove didn’t work, it was left unplugged. The TV was a nightmare to program. Have gone there several times, will probably go again, but not sure. "

"Well the property is under construction which we weren’t aware of upon our stay. The hot tub and part of the pool were closed off. An entire floor was closed to contractors being present during the day so it was hard to get from to pool and to lobby. The room itself was also dirty and only one working elevator made timing issues."

"The photos in the listing were inaccurate, showing view from a second floor unit. This is why I booked this ocean view property. However we were given a first floor unit and told we couldn’t rely on the photos. Very clean. Comfortable bed and good water pressure in shower. Shower was warm but couldn’t get a hot shower."

"Receiving the room code on the day people travel is not good. Phones are on airplane mode. The code should be given a few days before arrival or at least make it very clear that it is received in email and text on the arrival day. Both air conditioning units blew out black stuff that was disgusting."
