The room was clean and really cute. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The mango tea in the front lobby was delicious and their gift shop had tons of snacks, toiletries, a Starbucks, and cute gifts. I really liked the setup of the pool to beach area as well. This resort isn’t massive, like some, which I thought was a real plus. It was totally manageable.

We knew the lobby was being renovated. It does impact the experience. The rooms are nicely renovated. While we had great massages, there is no spa experience. The massages are provided in a hotel room and you are charged a fee for them to clean up your massage area. I found that disappointing.

Overall, the stay was very mediocre. The room was clean, but there were no microwaves in the room, and only 1 in the entire resort for guest use. There was no on-site laundry available. Also, if you are sensitive to fragrance, DO NOT STAY HERE. They had strong sprays in the halls and elevators. Good spot for a couple or for a short stay, but the lack of amenities made it less than ideal with a family.

We had a great stay. Overall, the resort is great: lots of fun daily activities, the bell and valet teams are friendly, the drinks at the Driftwood bar are excellent, our room is clean, the hallways are kept clean, the grounds are kept neat. The pool staff are always around to make sure everything is put away, umbrellas are opened/closed, lounge chairs are in order. The hotel is under construction and despite the quirky "journey" it took to get to our room on the 2nd floor in building 1 (take the elevator to the third floor, take a right to find the other set of elevators to take to the 2nd floor to find the room), you don't really notice any dust or noise. The housekeeping staff is great and kept our room clean even though we didn't ask for a daily refresh. The Naupaka Terrace staff are friendly and professional but the food is ok. Love that the hotel is close to the airport. I'd stay here again and definitely recommend this resort.

Our stay at Outrigger was quite pleasant. The room was cleaned nicely, and all the staff was friendly. We loved the beach area, the drive way into the hotel is really beautiful, and the overall upkeep of the outdoor area is really great, looks amazing! We were a bit surprised with rather confusing entrance door, looks more like a staff entrance than a hotel door. The hotel rooms are a bit outdated but cleaned well. It was convenient to have a breakfast and dinner options right at the property, a beautifully setup restaurant with live music at night. Satisfied overall.
