"Arrived around 11pm, they was no staff member on site but the have a very clear telephone number on the door and the staff member helped straight away over the phone. "The room was clean and pleasant! The staff were super friendly and attentive. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The only drawback is no elevator. Definitely not for clients who are physically challenged. I would highly recommend this hotel. It’s close to a square that has good tram and trolley bus connections throughout Brno."
