Very good, but...

I would have rated everything with 5 stars, but one detail is not good at all: Although there is a restaurant in the hotel, in theory, practically it's only open for breakfast and not for dinner. After having driven that day 750 kms by car and done a customers visit on the way, I DO NOT WANT AT ALL to have to drive again to another place! The restaurant they recommended is very good, also the pricing is okay and you get a 10 % discount voucher. Anyway, it's NOT COMFORTABLE to change location again on a business trip. Especially as in Czech Republic, you aren't allowed to drink at all when you drive (0.00 ‰). Here on hotels.com, in the hotel description, is stated repeatedly that Atrium hotel has a restaurant. Why you don't change it, please? If I had knewn that you do not have the restaurant open, I would have chosen the other hotel with the restaurant where you sent me, although all the rest of your service was excellent and everything was very clean.

I booked a room in that hotel especially for the parking. After booking I've been informed that the reception is in another hotel 3 km away and that it closes at 10 pm whereas the information before booking mentioned that there is a 24/7 reception. When I arrived to the hotel the receptionist told me that the parking wasn't accessible anymore because it closes at 7.30 pm. My car stayed outside on the street...

The hotel overall good, nice rooms and clean. Breakfast also good. Only annoyance was the condensation from the AC. Needs to be sorted out. Good parking and secure. Personnel friendly.

Schönes Hotel und Preis / Leistung ok

Das Hotel hat gut ausgestattete Zimmer, welche sehr sauber waren. Das Badezimmer war komplett neu modernisiert. Bei meinem Aufenthalt waren es 32°C im Schatten, wo die Klimaanlage im Zimmer – ein absoluter Pluspunkt war. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls ok und das Servicepersonal war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Etwas negativ ist die Lage, welche sich direkt an der Straße vom Ortseingang befindet. Da mein Zimmer in Richtung Garten war, konnte ich hier nicht über Verkehrslärm klagen. Alles in allem – Preis / Leistung ok. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen.
