Hotel location is just next to lake. There are lots of of restaurants and tourist stuff near Hotel. You can enjoy nature. Hotel room is modern and beautiful. I liked breakfast very much. There are lots of choices and all of them is just tasty. I enjoyed my stay here!

Room was clean with a nice balcony, staff were friendly and helpful Breakfast was plentiful with a huge choice of food The restaurant is large and there is a huge decking area outside. Unfortunately we didn’t get time to use the pool and spa so I can’t comment on the facilities.

Beautiful hotel at lake-side

The hotel staff was friendly, helpful and professional during the entire stay. Breakfast was excellent and you had a stunning view across the lake and forests. Spa treatments were good. The room was clean, the beds comfortabel and all necessary equipment was accessable. The hotel is outside of Brno (no loud traffic noices) however you can reach the city center easily by car or public transit or you can take a cap anytime.

It was amazing how hostile and polite everyone was to the heart. From the reception till to the restaurant, friendly People. Clean and 2 h spa with the stay. I also tryed the massage and my body thanked it, it was really considered. We could even place our suitcase after left for the zoo after checkout. All to all wonderful stay. Thanks to these people

3rd stay

This was our 3rd stay at Orea Santon. The bedroom's are always warm & comfortable the spa is excellent and the breakfasts have everything. It’s in a great position near the reservoir & a short walk to the regular tram service into Bruno

We liked everything, but I think the terrace could be cosier in the evenings with candles. More shade is needed in the day time. One big thing was too much music. Please do not have the music on constantly it is very annoying.

A little let down

Having stayed at this hotel before i was a little upset to see the quality and options of buffet breakfasts had reduced. Also we had hoped for the buffet meal option in the envings and in arrival was told this wasnt an option given the time of year. (These were two main factors of revisiting this exact hotel)

A bit disappointing

Hotel is in a beautiful location, very nice spa which we enjoyed. The room was well appointed and clean when we arrived. Unfortunately the housekeeping is sadly lacking with late or no service at all. It felt like they were doing us a favor by giving us clean towels. Room had an A/C leak which they tried to fix but it started dripping again in the middle of the night with no other room available. It was a less than optimal experience. Breakfast was plentiful and we very much enjoyed the surrounding areas of the lake. If they could improve their housekeeping service of the rooms, it would be a great stay.

Nice hotel on the lake. Rained a lot while I was there so I was unable to really take advantage of the walking trails around the lake. There is a tram very close to the hotel which makes for an easy ride into town, but it is a 25-30 minute ride into town from the hotel. All in all it was a very nice stay. My main complaint would be the dining. There is one restaurant, and it’s like a zoo. Breakfast in the morning is a disorganized mess and dinner is even worse. The staff are very nice, but seem very disorganized. They need someone running the dining room. There doesn’t seem to be anyone in charge. Same goes for the cleaning staff. I would go out at 9:00AM and come back at 2:00PM and my room still wasn’t cleaned (even though they were already cleaning rooms when I left at 9:00AM) it’s just a bit annoying to get back to your room after being out all morning and early afternoon to find you now have to figure out something to do for another hour or two so they can finally clean your room. Again, it was an enjoyable stay, and everyone was very nice. They just need to tighten things up a bit

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, direkt an einem Stausee. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich. Die Auswahl des Frühstücks- und Abendbuffets ist sehr groß und die Speisen sind auch sehr schmackhaft.
