"Everything was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. Excellent stay overall. My only suggestion would be to add a handheld shower head in addition to the overhead rain shower. It would make the shower more practical, especially for guests who do not want to wash their hair every time. Other than that, everything was great."

"En general está bastante bien el hotel, no es un hotel muy lujoso pero las habitaciones están cómodas y están limpias, la televisión sólo transmite programas en italiano y eso es un poco complicado pero lo demás excelente. Los baños muy limpios y el personal muy atento sobre todo el chico de recepción llamado Luca y me sentí muy a gusto"

"The property was modern, clean and new. Nice amenities but would have liked more room information with regards to how things worked, eg: heating/AC, lights, etc.
Very friendly staff and loved the coffee and cookies in the morning, and the grapa at night. The rooms were very small but certainly had everything you need for a few nights stay. Safe neighbourhood."

"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and appreciated the convenience of the nearby places. However, the breakfast was consistently disappointing. There were a few safety concerns with the property. The floor in the dining hall was broken, and the faucets in the steam shower were overly forceful, making it difficult to enjoy the sauna and steam. These issues were the main reasons I chose this hotel."
