The property is great, staff are friendly and helpful, place is clean but they do not provide water every day although they have water dispenser at our floor, but water doesn’t taste the same. I’ll give a Star, if possible no Star for location as it is far from so many things, restaurants and public transpo. No airport shuttle nor shuttle to metro station. We had to walk really far to get around and used taxi to make it easier but got expensive but no choice, unless maybe I just don’t know how coz I’m a tourist.

Quark is a wonderful hotel, not where we expected, but it's 5 star service outside of Milan, and once you know how to get into town it's a cinch and a joy to be there. Fabulous hotel!

Hotel is good, unfortunately in a construction area, so somewhere in the nowhere but this I see not as negative. You need a car to go to Milano Downtown. Hotel is nice, modern and I can recommend it for short visits.
