Friendly staff and clean, well designed rooms. The hotel is situated in a great part of town, just 10 minutes walk from the Duomo and directly adjacent to multiple train lines. Comfortable bed, a fully enclosed shower (not the European half glass wall) and a bidet. Only downside: the air conditioning is not turned on in the winter, combined with unseasonably warm temperatures meant for a warm room.

Staff was amazing. It was our first trip to Milan so the staff was very helpful in recommending restaurants. Most of the staff spoke multiple languages (including English) so communication was easy. The on-site restaurant and bar was a nice place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The hotel was excellent—clean, well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Although, they will only give you one bottle of water per stay(not per night), no matter how many nights we booked. The breakfast was fantastic, worth the extra.
