I liked that hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't like that the room was hot and we could not adjust the temperature on the radiator. When we opened the window, it was very noisy.

A great place one block from train subway connections and a 35 minute walk to the Museum Touristic Areas / Some rooms have kitchenettes and the supermarket is two short blocks away / cafes... fast food BusFlix has a stop three blocks Away to Graz Uber works very well and many buses

An sich war das Hotel ok. Die Einrichtung selbst ist leider schon etwas älter und manches auch in die Jahre gekommen. Aber trotzdem war das Zimmer nett. Das Personal am Empfang war nett, aber das Housekeeping Personal war leider nicht sehr rücksichtsvoll gegenüber den Gästen. Morgens so gegen 7 Uhr wurde in dem Flur direkt vor unserem Zimmer es total laut was uns senkrecht im Bett sitzen lies. Wir dachten zuerst, es handelt sich um andere Gäste die abreisen, bemerkten aber dann, dass dies das Putzteam war. Von hin etwas mehrmals auf dem Boden bzw. gegen die Wand fallen lassen, Müllsäcke aufschütteln bis hin zu mehrmaligen Putzwagen an die Wand donnern. War dies nicht sehr rücksichtsvoll gegenüber den eventuell noch schlafenden Gästen gewesen und hat uns auch sehr geärgert.

Lovely hotel

The hotel was clean and easy to fet to city center by tram and the airport is also close. Hotels staff were kind and helpful.

Old facility located in a rumorous and infamous neighborhood. Neither air conditioning nor fans, no towels change (unless specifically requested), no toilet paper change, not equipped for medical first aid.

Wir hatten richtig Pech mit dem Hotel. ALLE Zimmer haben (trotz Angabe im Internet) keine Klimaanlage, weil diese "aus ökologischen Gründen" ausgeschaltet war. Es war unerträglich heiß und sehr laut wegen der großen Baustelle, die rund ums Hotel befand. Wir bekamen ein größeres Zimmer, das auch nicht wirklich besser war. In diesem Zimmer ging das Umschalten von der Regendusche auf den normalen Duschkopf nicht. Also waren die Haare immer klatschnass. Erst nach zwei Tagen fand eine Reparatur statt. Der Fernseher ging auch nicht. Man hätte eine Smartcard einlegen müssen (???). Bei Kabel-TV? Im zweiten Zimmer fehlte auch der Kosmetikspiegel. Ein Safe stand zwar im Schrank, aber er ließ sich nicht verschließen und war nicht im Schrank befestigt. Flop auf der ganzen Linie!

The hotel was not exactly what I expected. They are unfortunately right in the middle of a major road construction (not their fault, obviously) which made it complicated to reach on foot and taxis had to make a detour to access the hotel from the back entrance. It seems to be 2 buildings joined together. They are old buildings and the elevator was very small. Rooms are basic and have carpeted floors. Bathroom was very spacious. By our second day, a large group of teenagers arrived and they were very noisy (as all teens are) and this could be heard sometimes at night or early in the morning, but it never was a major issue. The buffet breakfast is good. The bread is awesome! Nothing fancy but perfect to start your day. Front Desk closes at 10 pm so you have to access with your room key. There are several restaurants nearby and the metro station is located under the bridge.

The girl on the reception desk was very friendly and helpful, Room was basic, but comfortable and had everything I needed. Breakfast was disappointing on my last day there, very limited choice. Hotel was not in the most interesting area of the town, and extensive roadworks outside didn't help. However, the hotel is opposite a main station with easy connections to the hauptbahnhof and city centre. So it is a convenient place to stay.

Lovely place to stay, whilst away from the city centre it was only a 10 minute tram ride to get there to where most of the tourist attractions are, or if you like to walk it was 40 minutes. There were some good bars and cafes near by (about a 10 minute walk) which were great for relaxing

Great transport links to city centre airport etc. The room (“deluxe double “)was described as having a king size bed and a bathtub, instead had two single beds together and a shower. The reception and main entrance closes at 10PM and after that you tap your room key to get in, unfortunately for us the first night of our stay the key didn’t work and we had to call a number and wait for somebody to come and let us in… Overall it was an “ok” experience.
