"The location was amazing and most of the staff were friendly. It was very clean but the room setup was awkward. The bed was up against the wall so if the person sleeping on the side next to the wall had to get up prior to the other person they would have to crawl over that person to get out of bed."

"It is a wonderful place to stay, in a wonderful location! You are right across the street from many pubs and restaurants, a very short walk to many, many tourist spots. I have no complaints about the hotel other than the breakfast is a little pricey. But there were so many places nearby to eat we only ate there once anyway. Every floor had a filtered water dispenser and you had a carafe in your room that you could just go fill whenever you needed."

"Very well located, spacious and well kept. Unfortunately they put us in a room right at the entrance of their second building in our first night. Our bed was right in front of the main door, so anyone could see us and we could hear every one that was coming in + the cleaning team at 6am next morning. Also the air conditioning was not working. Next day they moved us to a far better room that I believe should better reflect their standards. Make sure you don’t get that 1st family room!"

"It was spacious for multiple nites stay. The apt was very clean and comfortable and had a living room to stretch out and relax. The kitchen had complimentary coffee/espresso, an oven, stove, glassware, dishes etc. The bedroom was small to get around to the other side of the bed but had lights, plugs, and usb charging ports. The bathroom was nice with w larger shower than at other places we stayed on this trip. We used the fan provided in the closet at nite. We also used the laundry room once to...

"Beautiful hotel with small but perfectly formed rooms. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the castle which was tiny but lovely. The bar area is fantastic and the Whisky Bar was our downfall (thanks to Dario who is an expert!) Will definitely return"

"The staff were so nice, friendly and helpful. If it were not for them my score would have been lower. The hotel itself was fine, but I would not say soundproof. Each night I stayed there were ambulance/police sirens that could easily be heard. Also loud music and loud vehicles could be heard from my room. You can’t hear regular street noise, but I was woken up more than a few times."
