Great location just down the block from Grassmarket and 5 minutes up the stairs to Edinburg Castle and the Royal Mile. Staff was extremely helpful and amenities were excellent. Staff communicated well when were delayed due to flight changes. Highly recomnend the Wilde.

We loved our stay! Our room had the most amazing view of the Edinburgh castle, I would have to say that was a highlight. We enjoyed their continental breakfast. Quality items were available. Definitely the best we’ve had. The location was also great, we walked everywhere, restaurants, and many tourist attractions steps away. The bed was very comfortable as well. The staff were also very helpful with anything we needed.

Great location! Breakfast available for purchase and in the evening there is a bar and couches to relax on. Also a courtyard in the back with picnic tables. Washer and dryers available for a few. My only complaint is rooms are only cleaned if you stay for a week. Staff will empty garbages upon request but that is it.

The location was amazing and most of the staff were friendly. It was very clean but the room setup was awkward. The bed was up against the wall so if the person sleeping on the side next to the wall had to get up prior to the other person they would have to crawl over that person to get out of bed.
