"The location nd space was amazing…but it was the stellar staff that get the top notch accolades. They were all so friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived to the time we left. And not just doing little things, but things rarely done now. They happened to ask about our plans for the day and when they heard we had a full day travel trip they made us a goodie bag with treats and apples. I found everything about this stay to be wonderful and look forward to a return!"

"Beautiful property in the center of the royal mile! Easy to walk anywhere we wanted to go, and surprisingly quiet despite being in the middle of the action. Kind and helpful staff and comfortable room. We appreciated the amenities of the apartment and were able to cook and catch up on some laundry in the middle of an extended trip. Would highly recommend! "

"Wir waren begeistert und fühlten uns rundum wohl. Alle Fragen wurden von den Mitarbeitenden herzlich beantwortet und man hatte immer das Gefühl, Willkommen zu sein. Das Zimmer war für 3 Personen sehr schön aufgeteilt, so dass jeder seinen "Freiraum" hatte. Für uns, die in Edinburgh immer alles zu Fuß machen, eine perfekte Lage. "

"Great experience with the staff and concierge. Room accommodation was terrific and the location of the hotel is perfectly situated in the “old town” area so is convenient to the Edinburgh Castle, restaurants and shopping. If returning to Edinburgh, we would definitely stay here again."
