"Absolutely the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The mini bar and toiletries were outstanding. It was our honeymoon and they upgraded to an outstanding room that really made our trip special with a truly beautiful view. The location can’t be beat and the staff were incredibly kind. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely stay her on our next visit :)"

"Great location near restaurants etc and transport into the City. The food was great we had room service and breakfast. the captain suite was lovely. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable though. The blackout blinds didn't work so we woke up really early. TV's were very basic with poor channels. Rooms service didn't come back to collect the dirty plates. The bed upstairs was very comfy. Lots of homeless opposite, the curry house on the end was great"

"Hotel is very well located and lovely in many ways. It was let down by the very hot bedrooms (air con don’t seem to work) and the quality of the food. Asked for a rare steak and was very much medium/well done. Burnt black pudding at breakfast. Maybe chef has having an off couple of days. "

"Clean , walkable to all locations old and new town , Directions to location and communication exceptional. Laundry , kitchenette in room, clean bathroom , large living room . Didn’t need to see staff but they were available if we needed them’ Will repeat our stay and recommend to friends and family ."

"Can't say enough good things about this property. It looked absolutely new with upgrades. Super clean and well equipped. We stayed in a large studio suite with Castle View. You are a short few minutes walk from the Royal Mile and Victoria Street or Greyfriar Bobby's in the opposite direction. Less stairs and uphill on this side of town as well. We had a fantastic anniversary stay. Can't recommend enough!"

"Understandably there were no bottles of scotch in the cupboard. But then again, where were we? 😁 However, Some oil for cooking, and topping up the salt and pepper would help. Otherwise, a lovely high tech comfortable place in the heart of everything. Thank you"

"The property was in a fantastic location to explore the city. The apartment was large with ample room for our family if 4. Good shower with complimentary toiletries. The kitchen area also had everything to get us started (a few more glasses would have helped). We were very pleased with the accommodation and having somewhere to store our bags before and after was also very welcomed. The accommodation exceeded our expectations. "
