"The bed is incredibly comfortable. The rooms are clean and very quaint. The area around there is perfect in the sense that it is quiet, but there’s outstanding dining and you could walk to the older part of town. The only confusing part is that you need to check in by the iPad. This is easily figured out, but it does add a wrinkle after your transatlantic flight. I would definitely stay here again. "Perfect place to stay in Edinburgh! Centrally located, easy access to everything, shopping, pubs, & restaurants and Edinburgh Castle! The staff was amazing and the hotel restaurants not only convenient but great alternative to pub food & great way to end a long day of sightseeing. We found the entire staff to be courteous and helpful! Definitely recommend as the place to stay in Edinburgh!"
"Neat and spacious apartments right on the Royal Mile, walkable from several restaurants, shops, and attractions. Having a kitchen with all the necessary appliances and cutlery, and a washer/dryer was a huge benefit! Communication was clear and detailed, and everything was set up in advance to help us have a smooth experience. Luggage storage is available on the first floor. The property is well-secured with several layers of doors with access codes.

"Loved the apartment feel. It was nice to come back and relax after a day of walking in Edinburgh. Great TV loved the British comedy. Restaurants close by of many varieties of food choice. Grocery store around the corner and close to Grass Market. Friendly staff!!"
"Very nice property, view of the castle and right at Grassmarket. So much to see and do only 10-15 walk away in this perfect location. Questions prior to staying were answered promptly and clearly by the staff. They were very friendly and attentive when it came to questions about the local area and transport. Not the least expensive accommodation, but you get what you pay for, and we’d definitely stay here again!"
"It's a central location in old town: 5 minutes from Castle and 2 minutes to Royal mile. Victoria street is next over so it gets a 5 star for location. That comes with its own downside, loud noise from bars was audible well into the night even with the windows closed. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Living room and kitchen are downstairs and king bed and sofa bed are upstairs. We were 2 adults and a kid and were comfortable. The only problem was the thermostat which had its own mind....
