"Palazzo Gambirasi is an absolute gem in the heart of Centro Storico. I normally go for branded hotels but found this by chance and couldn’t have been happier. Super friendly and helpful staff, amazing location and a wonderful Rome vibe. Just walk out the door and you’re surrounded by restaurants and within easy walking distance to many classic sites. The room was clean and charming with an exposed rustic wood ceiling. I will definitely return."

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed using the high end appliances available in the kitchen. "The experience we had here was amazing. They were quick to respond if we had any questions and were very kind and helpful. We are allowed to leave our bags while we continued our sightseeing for the day and that was a great perk. The location was excellent to places that you could walk within a mile or two. "The rooms were nice but the check in press was confusing. No one was a the reception desk when we got there and another guest got us in where we had the cleaning lady check us in. It was coordinating via WhatsApp with the manager after that for check in etc. We did enjoy the apartment and the location was good. Just lacking a few utensils and amenities like body lotion but we liked it."

"We liked A lot the location - One of the best in Rome, close and walking distance to everything. Our room was large and nice. We liked very much Monica - The Lady that runs the place and goes out of her way to help. The big problem was the fact that the place has no elevator. Monica helped us to bring the luggage up on about 30 steps to our room. We have no idea why Expedia is ignoring this fact and why there is no mention of the elevator absence in the booking process."
