"Clean property and friendly staff."

"The night representative at the front desk was extremely rude and argumentative. I had a taxi reservation arranged through the hotel; however, my flight was cancelled due to a strike at FCO Airport. I called the front desk at approximately 4:45 a.m., but no one answered, so I went downstairs to inform the staff that I needed to cancel the reservation. The representative immediately became upset and argumentative. I assume he may have been sleeping in the back when I came down to the desk. The entire interaction was unprofessional and unnecessarily stressful during an already difficult travel situation."

"The hotel was in a great central location, clean and tidy. The Staff were great. Very helpful. The Expedia profile said that breakfast was available which one would assume would be free...it wasn't and it was limited and expensive...just hit the bakery around the corner. The profile said that there was a 24 hour shuttle from to and from the airport. There was none. They were happy to call a taxi but any hotel will do that for you. Shuttle service to and from the airport was one of the reasons we choose this hotel. Otherwise...it was just lovely."

"Fantastically helpful lady on front desk (just returned from time off), clean good sized family room, nice breakfast, great location. Would recommend and family friendly. Only downside was no kettle in our room and the total has no bar or ability to buy drinks/snacks outside of breakfast hours which, after a lot of walking each day, was missed."

"The rooms very small, in another building. Looks more like an air b and b than an hotel. No Concierge or butler To help you in the othre building. No shampoo in the bath. Very Clean,well ubícated, but expensive for what It offers. I would not go back again. "

This quaint and charming boutique hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the historic area, making it easy to walk to many of Rome’s classic attractions, shops, and restaurants. The location really can’t be beat if you want to experience the charm and energy of old Rome. The property itself is cozy, inviting, and full of character. The staff was warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. A charming centrally located spot that I would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Rome."
