"Palazzo Gambirasi is an absolute gem in the heart of Centro Storico. I normally go for branded hotels but found this by chance and couldn’t have been happier. Super friendly and helpful staff, amazing location and a wonderful Rome vibe. Just walk out the door and you’re surrounded by restaurants and within easy walking distance to many classic sites. The room was clean and charming with an exposed rustic wood ceiling. I will definitely return."

Our room for 3 adults was very clean, comfortable, cool with A/C during record heatwave, and great bathroom & shower space. Many restaurants and shops including markets and laundry service within the block. Walking distance (30 minutes) from Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel & Colosseum. We had a great experience staying here!"

"The hotel was in a perfect location, right next to the Pantheon & walking distance to all the other sights. It was also very clean, and the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Our room had a great view of the Pantheon although it was not large, but it fit two people comfortably. There was also plenty of restaurants just steps away. Definitely worth spending your money & time here."

"The experience we had here was amazing. They were quick to respond if we had any questions and were very kind and helpful. We are allowed to leave our bags while we continued our sightseeing for the day and that was a great perk. The location was excellent to places that you could walk within a mile or two. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed using the high end appliances available in the kitchen. "Amazing location with lots of shopping, restaurants and sites all within walking distance. Room was clean and a good size for our group of two. Bed was incredibly comfortable which is nice after long days of walking. The host was very good with communication and helped us get our luggage up the stairs upon arrival and then again upon departure. Would absolutely stay here again."

"The rooms were nice but the check in press was confusing. No one was a the reception desk when we got there and another guest got us in where we had the cleaning lady check us in. It was coordinating via WhatsApp with the manager after that for check in etc. We did enjoy the apartment and the location was good. Just lacking a few utensils and amenities like body lotion but we liked it."

"We liked A lot the location - One of the best in Rome, close and walking distance to everything. Our room was large and nice. We liked very much Monica - The Lady that runs the place and goes out of her way to help. The big problem was the fact that the place has no elevator. Monica helped us to bring the luggage up on about 30 steps to our room. We have no idea why Expedia is ignoring this fact and why there is no mention of the elevator absence in the booking process."
