Great location, quiet and away from crowds, but walkable to everything. Outgoing, prompt and friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious, lots of variety. Luggage drop off for early check-in or checkout was very much appreciated. Would stay here again if ever back in Venice.

You get what you pay for. Definitely going to be a less pricey option compared to a lot around it. Great location but the property felt outdated and bare. Fine as a place to sleep. There was a steep set of stairs to our room specifically which was rough to navigate with bags and honestly just in general.

Heritage building therefore not modern but everything was fine with the room except the showers are very small. Location is great if you have luggage plan your route with minimum bridges don’t trust google who may show shortest route not counting bridges the breakfast was fantastic buffet style in a huge room on the second floor. This floor is open for general use all day. Coffee and water available all days on this floor

I love traveling in hostels, and I am a big "save the earth" person, so everything about this place resonates with me. The staff is great. The room is spotless, spacious, high-ceilinged, has art, and is right by the canal. Breakfast is both healthy and yummy. The 24-hr availability of cold drinking water is priceless during summer. Highly recommended, and I would love to stay in their other locations.

The room is very spacious and beds were comfortable but it is quite a hassle going across your room using the hallway bathroom. The elevator is somewhat small. The staff downstairs was not helpful when we asked for help on how to get a water taxi. We had to walk with our heavy luggages to go to Rialto bridge area to take us to the train station.

Very afforable hotel in Venice. Very traditional and historical. We had the canal room. What was the best was the location! Walking distance to all the sights. Breakfast was very Italian dont expect a full service breakfast like canada. Pastries. Salami. Tomatoes. Juice. Cereal. Coffee etc. Reception was kind. They did let us in our room because it was ready early that was a bonus. But there was staff that wasn't Italian so it was hard for them to help us. The ones that were were helpful during business hours. The hotel was very quiet. We thought we were the only ones there but the hotel was fully booked. If I had to recommend I would stay again.

Good location to walk everywhere. Struggled with finding it initially. Staff was helpful and hotel was clean. We didn't have an air conditioning remote at first, but staff came with one within 30 minutes. Elevator is very small and ended up having to carry luggage up stairs. Definitely request room preferences if you don't want to carry luggage up stairs.

Great location, had an elevator and just 7-8 min walk to the main touristy attractions like Doge palace and St Peters Square. Nice hot breakfast with eggs and bacon for an American tourist who is used to hot breakfasts at most ordinary hotels that was incredible because protein consumption in Italy can be challenge unless you are willing to spend > 25Euro/plate. Our room had a canal view and could see gondolas almost all the time. Very close to a big Piazza with a lot of shopping and restaurants. Our bathroom was across the room which was a little strange and felt more like a hostel rather than a hotel room but it was fine at the end.

The room was simple but spacious with a modern bathroom. The whole property was very clean too. The location is amazing; only 10 minutes walk to the main square. It’s also a 10 minute walk from the Alilaguna stop from the airport. Short walk to the Vaporetto boats which are the modes of transport around Venice. The staff were nice and friendly. You also get a continental breakfast which was quite lovely. They even offer a luggage storage onsite which we utilised on our last day there. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

First of all, this is not a hotel, but a historic building that has been converted from a religious site into a guesthouse. The staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the accommodation falls short of modern standards. Toilets and showers are shared and located outside the rooms. What they call a ‘private bathroom’ is also outside the room, though reserved for your sole use. Breakfast was below average. On the positive side, the building’s historical character and location are excellent. The staff and management are well-intentioned and striving to address the shortcomings, but structural improvements in terms of hospitality are clearly needed.
