The room was very spacious for a family with beautiful views over the very well maintained gardens and pool. The reception staff were very warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant location near the beach, centre of lido and water taxis.

It's an amazing resort for family stay. Very nice, heated pool. Friendly people, great location. It's a bit off center but perfect for beach walks and swimming. The furniture is a bit dated and they need a bit of a nudge to clean the rooms, but it's me trying to be picky. Overall 5 star stay. I would absolutely come back.

This was such a beautiful property with all the amenities. Because the pool closed early we were not able to enjoy it but overall a great place to stay! Clean and within walking distance from restaurants and shops as well as close to the beach.

It was a fantastic stay for the 2 day period we spent here in Venice as it came with 2 separate rooms and toilets. On the outside, there is access to a small terrace as well as a swimming pool. It was in a good location however to improve, I would say that the room decorations were slightly old. Apart from that, a very positive stay.

We arrived at the property at 7pm to find reception was closed, despite both the email and the notice on the front door saying it was open til 8pm. A note was left asking us to visit reception from 9am the next day, disrupting our morning plans. Check in the next morning went okay and the staff member was hospitable, informing us the pool was open til 7pm. We came back to reception at 6pm to request towels and was told by a different member of staff it was closed for maintenance and would not be open again. The next morning the member of staff at reception did say the pool could be opened 'in an hour'. Overall the service seemed very uncoordinated and the property was very dated, however it was clean and fairly quiet.

This was my favorite place I stayed during my trip to Italy. The rooms were charming, clean, and well appointed. The staff was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The grounds were beautiful, and the location right across from the beach on the Adriatic was wonderful. If you are visiting Venice, I highly recommend it.

Attention arnaque possible ! La piscine et le cadre extérieur sont au rendez-vous mais les équipements sont obsolètes et indignes d’une facturation à 400€ la nuit au mois d’août. Une arnaque totale puisque notre climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et que c’était connu de la part du manager et des employés de la résidence. Nous avons eu droit à un ventilateur de compensation pour pouvoir supporter les 30 degrés la nuit. Changement d’appartement au bout de 3 nuits pour profiter enfin de la climatisation. Mais accès a la terrasse en rooftop condamné : les clés perdues et introuvables. Donc Clim ok mais terrasse KO. Et pour couronner le tout, le bar extérieur situé à 100 m de la résidence a mis le volume de ses haut-parleurs extérieurs à fond, jusqu’à 4h du matin. La résidence était bien informée mais n’a jamais fait le nécessaire pour calmer les ardeurs festives de ce petit bar extérieur qui assure l’animation de la rue et indirectement de la résidence 2 mois par an selon nos sources. Enfin, un remboursement partiel de notre séjour a été proposé lors de notre départ mais nous n’avons reçu aucun virement malgré 3 relances par mail. Bref, attendez la réhabilitation totale de la résidence avant de dépenser de l’argent sinon, vous serez très déçus.

Wir haben uns in der Anlage sehr wohl gefühlt. Toller, großer sauberer Pool und Sanitäranlage. Zimmer/Appartement sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. W-LAN Verfügbarkeit in den Zimmern sollte verbessert werden. Zimmerservice erfolgt nur nach Anforderung, dies sollte klarer am Anfang formuliert werden. Kommen gerne wieder.
